In this session you’ll create a vision for where you want to be and how you want to feel! Then we’ll identify your top three goals and create a step-by-step action plan including daily success habits to enable you to make your vision and goals a reality.
Week 2: Take stock. Take action!
We will uncover what’s really holding you back – all those nagging ‘shouldas’, ‘couldas’, frustrations and roadblocks you never recognized, some you created yourself, that weigh you down like chains so you never reach you full potential. What do you REALLY want to be doing both personally and professionally? We’ll look at how you’re spending your time and discover ways to clear your schedule so you can fit in what’s important to you.
Stop letting important tasks and goals hang around. Clear them away, today! Is there something you’ve longed to do, but never seem to be able to start . . . or finish? Fear is the biggest obstacle in your quest to move forward. Week 4: Eliminate Energy Leaches and Power Up Your Life
Together, we will uncover the negative forces that are draining the energy (internally and externally) you need to succeed and be happy. Once these negative influences are identified we will zap them out of your life . . . for good.
Week 5: Clean Up Your Relationships
Together, we will review your relationships and develop a specific action plan to enhance those that support and energize you, and reduce the time and energy you waste on relationships that limit, drain, distract or don’t respect you.
Week 6: Appraise, Appreciate and Celebrate
We’ll review what you’ve learned and accomplished during the program, appreciate how hard you’ve worked to transform your life and celebrate your successful, new you. Plus, we’ll develop your success plan moving forward which will include a summary sheet with specific goals to keep you on track and focused on your vision and new daily habits so you can sail into summer.
